Multi-platinum producer and sonic architect Sun-El Musician has officially unveiled the second installment of his forthcoming fourth studio album, Under The Sun — and it’s everything we’ve come to expect from the master of spiritually rich house music.

Leading the release is the focus track “I’ll Be There For You”, featuring GRAMMY Award-winning vocalist Manana. The record is a tender, soul-anchoring offering centered on devotion, loyalty, and standing firm in love when the road gets uncertain. Manana’s ethereal vocals float effortlessly over Sun-El’s signature textured production, delivering a universal promise of presence and resilience.

“This song is about showing up, fully and truthfully. It’s about reminding someone that no matter how tough the road becomes, they are never alone,” says Sun-El Musician.

A New Chapter, Same Golden Ear

With Under The Sun, Sun-El expands his already genre-defining catalogue — blending forward-thinking Afro-house with deep cultural roots and global dance sensibilities. It’s a body of work that reflects growth, curiosity, and intentional collaboration.

The album sees the return of trusted creative partners like Msaki, Ami Faku, Mthunzi, and Mici. It also features production collaborations with Afro-house heavyweights including Zakes Bantwini, Chronical Deep, Thakzin, Heavy-K, Jordan Arts, and Mpho.wav.

With over half a billion streams and a touring footprint that spans continents, Sun-El continues to cement his legacy as one of South Africa’s most influential cultural architects. To mark the album’s arrival, he hosted an intimate listening session attended by industry tastemakers including Black Coffee, Zakes Bantwini, Msaki, and Manana — a clear nod to the community he’s helped build.
